As a team member you will play an important role in helping to create and share resources and information to your peers through support.

Participants must:

• Be between the ages of 14 and 21
• Currently attend high school
• Have a learning challenge or disability

GOAL

PSND's Youth Project will support peers through the development of self-advocacy skills.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the youth project is to assist youth with disabilities in realizing that their voice can be used to help guide them into their future.

The youth project will provide resources, training, and peer support to youth with disabilities in the areas of self-advocacy, purposeful planning, and knowledge of available support services.
