The COVID-19 national emergency has brought several changes to many parts of our lives.  It is a time of big changes and transitions for ALL children and their families. For a child with a disability who is receiving early intervention services and turning three years old, an additional transition takes place for the child and their family.

The Early Intervention Process in North Dakota is a series of webinars developed by Pathfinder Services of ND.  Whether you are a parent of a child with a disability or a professional in the area of early intervention or early education, the webinar series is laid out to give you a better understanding of all that’s involved between the ages of 0 – 3 years. The Early Intervention Webinar series, developed by Pathfinder Services of ND, is an adaptation of the legacy resource series Building a Legacy, developed by the National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHY), currently the Center for Parent Information and Resources (CPIR). The series has been updated with the combination of ND policies and procedures for early intervention services.
